In Algorithm of Water, geometry meets fluid motion — the precision of structure immersed in the language of flow. Deep blues and shifting whites sweep across the surface like tides caught in motion, surrounding a square of stillness that holds the center. The composition balances turbulence and calm, creating a visual rhythm that feels both natural and constructed.
This work extends the Algorithm Series into elemental space. Where Algorithm of Air explored transparency and breath, Algorithm of Water turns to reflection, liquidity, and transformation. Here, integrity becomes fluid — no longer a fixed state, but a dynamic coherence that adapts and renews.
Water, as both form and metaphor, represents the algorithm of change: it yields, yet persists; it shapes by surrendering. The central dark square anchors this motion — an island of control within a sea of motion, or perhaps the still point from which motion emanates. The tension between gesture and geometry mirrors the creative process itself, where instinct and structure continuously seek equilibrium.
In this painting, the algorithm is not written but felt: a rhythm of emergence, erasure, and return — a silent architecture flowing beneath the surface of perception.
